Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Iris Fiber ("Iris Fiber," "we," "us") is an independent authorized retailer of fiber internet service. We are not the network operator. This policy explains what we collect when you use irisfiber.org or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile number, service address and ZIP code, and anything you tell us by phone, text or email.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted, the consent language shown, the date and time, and the page you were on.
- Advertising and attribution data: campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid or gclid), the city in the link, and a random event ID used to match a form submission to an ad report.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through server logs and, if enabled, advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To check fiber availability at your address and tell you about plans, prices and promotions.
- To contact you by call or text, including with automated technology and AI or prerecorded voices, when you have given consent.
- To place your order with the network provider and coordinate installation.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to keep records required by law.
Who we share it with
- The network provider and our authorized dealer partner, to check availability, place your order and schedule installation.
- Service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, phone and text messaging, CRM and form-processing tools), only as needed to provide their services to us.
- Advertising platforms (such as Meta), limited to event and attribution data used to measure ads. We do not share your text-messaging opt-in or phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
Mobile information and text-messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.
Cookies and pixels
We may use cookies and advertising pixels to understand which ads bring visitors and whether a form was submitted. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop the site from working.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations (consent records are generally kept for at least five years).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@irisfiber.org. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
