Iris Fiber is an independent authorized retailer of fiber internet service. Iris Fiber is not the network operator. Internet service is provided by the network provider under its own terms of service, which you will receive and accept when you order. Service availability, speeds, pricing and promotions vary by address and are set by the provider.

Using this site

Information on this site is general and may change without notice. Speeds are maximums, not guarantees; actual speeds vary.
Ratings and guarantees described on this site belong to the network provider, as footnoted, not to Iris Fiber.
Recommendations from our speed guide are suggestions only. You choose your plan.
Don't misuse the site, submit someone else's information, or attempt to interfere with it.

When you check the consent box and submit a form, you agree that Iris Fiber may call and text you at the mobile number you provided about fiber internet service, including with automated technology, autodialed texts, and AI-generated or prerecorded voices. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy service without giving consent by calling us at (203) 293-3603. You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing info@irisfiber.org.

SMS terms

Program: Iris Fiber customer care and availability messages (address results, plan details, install scheduling and follow-up).
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Promotions

Promotions are offered and fulfilled by the network provider, subject to its terms, eligibility rules and availability at your address. We will tell you which current promotions you qualify for before you order.
